The head of the Iranian Shura Council, Muhammad Baqir Qalibaf said: “Soleimani never lived for worldly matters, his heart burned for the martyrdom. Today, when his body is not here, his loyalty, greatness and the culture of his martyrdom remained.”
Qalibaf says: “Soleimani’s grandeur and culture can be felt in his funeral. It was unique in Iran and even in Baghdad and Karbala.”
He added, "Soleimani devoted all his time to serve the people. Therefore, I think that the importance of Soleimani's martyrdom was as important as the martyrdom of Beheshti at the beginning of the revolution in Iran. Blood of the martyr Beheshti eradicated the roots of hypocrisy from the country, as well as the blood of the martyr Soleimani eradicated the Western ideas from Iran. "
After Soleimani’s martyrdom in the period of second step of the Islamic revolution, his blood will undoubtedly eradicate Westernism and its ideas from the country.
