Development of Armenia's relations with the Zionist regime; The need for reciprocity

Finally, the Armenian ambassador settled in Tel Aviv and in an interview
emphasized the development of Yerevan's relations with the Zionist regime. Of
course, these relations went a long way for many years without any propaganda,
and the regime also tried to activate its embassy in Armenia as soon as
possible and establish its ambassador.

Such behavior of Yerevan is considered hostile because the Islamic
Republic of Iran defines the development of relations with the Zionist regime,
contrary to its official ideology, and analyzes the presence of this regime in
neighboring countries from the perspective of national security.

Armenia, whose only geopolitical stronghold is Iran, and because of
Iran's responsible approach to the neighboring countries, continuing its
bio-political and security life, so its actions in developing relations with
Tel Aviv are worth considering.

Armenia has committed great crimes due to the occupation of 20% of the
territory of the Muslim and Shiite country of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as
well as the displacement of one million of its citizens. Although this cannot
be ignored by the Islamic Republic of Iran, but the responsible and civilized
view of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has so far not prevented this country
from enjoying a strategic advantage of its neighborhood with Iran. With this
approach, Armenia's energy needs were met. Although the transfer of Iranian gas
to Armenia had no economic logic, it was overcome by neighboring relations.
Iran's transit services saved the country from being blocked, and about the
political services, there is no need to say.

Tehran never treated the country internationally and domestically as an
occupier and tried not to discriminate between its two northern neighbors, Baku
and Yerevan, and sought to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the
framework of international law and regional security.

In return, Armenia was expected to take into account the strategic
considerations of the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to legitimize the
continuation of Iran's humanitarian assistance. Unfortunately, today the
country is home to one of the largest US embassies with unconventional staff,
with about 200 NGOs operating in the country with the support of the American
Soros Foundation (Open Society Foundations).

What is the justification for this volume of American activity in
Armenia, which has an area of about 29,000 square kilometers and a population
of less than 3 million and has a very weak economy?! The answer is very simple.
The United States is not spying on Turkey, Georgia or Azerbaijan in Armenia.
Because it has embassies in all neighboring countries of Armenia. America wants
to use the Armenian intelligence environment against Iran. In simpler terms, it
can be said that the special function of the US embassy with this volume of
personnel (hundreds of people) has been defined with the aim of security sabotage
against Iran. On the other hand, Yerevan, by developing relations with the
Zionist regime, introduces another chaotic entry into the scene of Iran's
healthy interactions with Armenia. The Zionist regime has no indication of the
development of relations with Armenia, except for destructive actions against
the interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran; Because Armenia does not have
the necessary financial resources to buy weapons from Israel, nor its economic
resources are in the focus of Tel Aviv.

However, it seems important to pay attention to a few points from the
strategic point of view for Yerevan:

1- The security of the South Caucasus is an immediate and important
matter for the Islamic Republic of Iran. Peace and security in this region are
strategically desirable for Iran. The entry of the Israeli regime as a
disturbing element in this environment is unacceptable. On the other hand, the
development of relations with this regime is contrary to neighborly relations
and an attack on the official ideology of the Islamic Republic of Iran and will
have a negative consequence in interactions.

2. Iran's relations with Armenia have deepened on the basis of cultural
and geopolitical considerations, which has a strategic nature in the political
unit of Armenia in the complex environment of the South Caucasus. If this trust
is lost as a result of the actions of Yerevan and its pro-Western government,
the country will not be able to strategically choose a replacement.

3- Strategic rationality dictates that Yerevan should refrain from
developing relations with the Zionist regime and under no circumstances allow
the activation of the institutions or the embassy of the Israeli regime in
Armenia. Because this could drag the Iranian-Armenian border geography to security
game.

4- Iran's national security needs require it to take effective steps
against the threats that arise. In this approach, the necessary tools and
willpower have always been and are. The Islamic Republic of Iran has the
necessary power to control anti-security processes in its surroundings. If
Yerevan insists on this biased approach, Iran's approach could change
significantly in the Nagorno-Karabakh crisis and other challenging issues fro
this country.
