Erdogan to Zelensky, 'return to negotiations to prevent victims'

"The return to negotiations" between Ukraine and Russia "should be the dominant idea because preventing the loss of lives every day is impossible as the conflict continues". The Ministry of Industry and Technology will be led by Mehmet Fatih Kacir, that of Agriculture by Ibrahim Yumakli, while the ministries of Commerce and Transport and Infrastructure will be entrusted respectively to Omer Bolat and Abdulkadir Uraloglu.
