Failed coup repeated in Kyrgyzstan

Information sources in Kyrgyzstan reported another failed coup attempt in the country. In this regard, members of the security forces of Kyrgyzstan announced that they had detained suspects in an attempted coup in the country.

The State Committee for National Security (GKNB) of Kyrgyzstan also reported on Monday, June 5: "It has now been established that these people intended to carry out a coup d'état, and all active participants and suspects have been arrested." The GKNB declined to name the activists and accomplices of the coup, as well as which politicians they may be associated with. The detainees have not yet been identified.

The sources further said: "The arrested were seeking a forceful change of power." The authorities of Bishkek have not yet reacted to the failed coup. The problem of failed coups in Kyrgyzstan is not new, which occurs from time to time in this Central Asian country.

After the success of the so-called "color revolutions" in Ukraine and Georgia, the Soros Foundation directed its teachings to Kyrgyzstan and organized a failed coup d'etat in this country. The coup of the Soros Foundation in Kyrgyzstan in 2005 did not lead to the desired result for America and its allies. However, this set the stage for mass riots and subsequent abuse of the country's abnormal economic situation by Kyrgyz politicians.

In recent years, almost every two years, an unsuccessful coup d'état took place in Kyrgyzstan, but after some time it became clear that the rulers of Bishkek tried to strengthen their positions at the head of the government of this Central Asian country by organizing a coup d'état. In opposition to the activities of the ruling current, opposition to the Bishkek authorities gradually formed, which could take advantage of the potential of popular discontent in economic and even religious issues and cause a serious problem for the authorities due to the numerous shortcomings of the Bishkek central government. Obviously, in this process, the institutions affiliated with the Western private sector have never been idle and have always tried to overthrow the ruling governments of Bishkek through domestic media and social networks.

In addition to the coups that took place in Kyrgyzstan in 2005, 2008, 2013 and 2015 with the support of the United States and so-called institutions affiliated with the Western private sector, in 2017 another failed coup disrupted the internal situation in Kyrgyzstan. Since the beginning of the failed coup in February 2017, the Gülen movement and the Turkish government have been accused of carrying out a coup in Kyrgyzstan.

Despite the fact that a few months later the government of Bishkek, under pressure from outside, removed the responsibility for the coup in Kyrgyzstan from the government of Ankara, many Kyrgyz experts consider Ankara to be guilty of the incident. As part of this, the constant efforts of the Turkish media team to denigrate Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and even the Xinjiang Autonomous Region in China for inciting hatred were clearly visible.

This disunity may not lead to a real war between the countries concerned, but the peoples of these states will take threats in their relationship more seriously. Regarding the role of Turkey, there seemed to be no other way out to achieve the goals of the Gülen organization in Kyrgyzstan, as the usual strategy of statesmen in Ankara and its allies, including the Gülen movement, was to educate a new generation and replace old politicians with educated young people in the training establishments associated with that organization over time. One cannot ignore the fact that in the past two decades, schools and universities associated with the Gülen movement, in addition to providing support at a good educational level, are gradually and in their free time trying to instill Turkish patriotism in students. There is no doubt that most of the graduates of universities and schools associated with the Gülen movement will be educated in Kyrgyzstan as patriots.

On this occasion, prominent expert from Kyrgyzstan Merlis Vulo says: "Followers of the Gülen movement in Turkey understand the importance of the information system, which is full of officials associated with the Gülen organization. This is because he has made a significant contribution to the education and training of young people in the field of media." But, you should pay attention to the fact that a foreign country can never instill a sense of patriotism in the citizens of another country. Moreover, this is the government of Kyrgyzstan, which should develop a sense of patriotism among the citizens of Kyrgyzstan. The new generation should not be influenced by the thoughts and ideology of officials of Turkish organizations. Such a view of Kyrgyz experts on Turkish policy indicates that the actions of the Gülen movement and Turkish security agencies are well monitored in Kyrgyzstan.
