In terms of explaining the role of Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani in fighting terrorism supported by the United States of America and Saudi Arabia, it is clear that Lieutenant General Hajj Qasem Soleimani - in a broader sense - Iran had a fundamental role in fighting the terrorist group "ISIS" and the various groups affiliated with Al Qaeda, not only in Syria but also in Iraq and beyond.
While the United States claims to be fighting these groups as well, it is evident that America's growing hostility with Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Russia is because of this latest coalition's efforts to eliminate terrorist organizations, that the United States has used for years as proxies throughout the region.
The assassination of the Mahdi al-Muhandis and Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani was an ugly and at the same time in vain act - as Iran's efforts against these terrorist organizations have continued and will continue.
General Soleimani was not the only skilled and experienced leader, but he was part of an effective institution that continued its work since the American assassination until now, with exceptional professionalism and competence.
In the matter of explaining his role in defusing American plans to strengthen terrorism in the region, it must be emphasized that General Soleimani, at the forefront of the efforts of the Syrian, Iranian, Iraqi and Russian governments, has already thwarted American plans in this regard. It is clear that US days of interfering in the affairs of the region have long since ended and that the process of expelling unwanted American and Zionist influence from the region has begun.
