Honored Revolutionary Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has expressed in a letter to Iraqi youth that a self-made “bright future” awaits them.

“To the dear Iraqi youth; I love you very much, pray for you and ask God Almighty to grant you victory and success to achieve the straight path of this-worldly and other-worldly happiness and stability,” the letter from the honored revolutionary leader, written on Jan. 21 and published on Tuesday, Feb. 8, said.

“I give you the good news of a bright future for Iraq that will be built with your hands and strong determination,” Ayatollah Khamenei added.

This letter was released when Chairman of Iran’s Judiciary Ebrahim Raisi was in neighboring Iraq for a visit.

In a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazimi in Baghdad on Tuesday evening, Raisi highlighted the revolutionary leader’s support for the Iraqi people and their government.

For his part, the Iraqi prime minister stressed the importance of cooperation between the two neighboring countries to strengthen regional security and stability, and also praised the excellent relations between Tehran and Baghdad.
