Kim Jong-un's sister: Biden and the South Korean president 'dead and incompetent'

This was written by Kim Yo-jong, deputy director of the propaganda department of the North Korean Workers' Party and sister of leader Kim Jong-un, in an article published by the official news agency "Korean Central News Agency" ("Kcna") about the document signed on the occasion of South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol's visit to the United States, which pledged to respond to a possible North Korean nuclear attack against Seoul. For Kim's sister that declaration on the so-called "extended deterrence" puts at risk "the peace and security of north-east Asia and the rest of the world" and "cannot be welcomed".
