When the Lebanese Resistance was holding a meeting, the presence of Gen. Qassem Soleimani was a huge intellectual aid to them. Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah says, "For example, at some point in the war, we decided to bomb Tel Aviv. But after holding a detail meeting, we did not bomb Tel Aviv. Instead, we put together an equation to the enemy: If Beirut bombed, we will bomb Tel Aviv - The enemy agreed to this equation and did not dare to strike Beirut. Most of the discussions took place between Hajj Qassem and Hajj Emad or both Hajj Qassem, Hajj Emad and other brothers, then they came with the result to me.
