Haj Qassem Soleimani commanded and personally participated in the battles against ISIS terrorists in Syria and Iraq, providing military advice to Iraqi and Syrian officials and supporting local resistance groups and civilians, particularly women and children, while bolstering the Lebanese Hezbollah with Palestinian Resistance Forces equipment.
