According to foreign media reports, the martyr Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force, was an influential military diplomat in the West Asia region and played a key role in confronting the takfiri terrorists of ISIS.
The Saudi newspaper, al-Hayat, reported that General Soleimani was the most powerful security official in West Asia. The New Yorker newspaper wrote about Qassem Soleimani: He was a modest middle-aged man. After he reached the leadership of the Quds Force at the age less than 50 years, he sought to change course of power in the West Asia region in favor of Iran and he played an important role in supporting Syria, Iraq and Hezbollah in Lebanon, as the newspaper quoted an American official as saying: "General Qassem Soleimani was the strong man in West Asia.
