Russia, Putin's announcement: nuclear weapons in Belarus in July

Russia to deploy nuclear weapons in Belarus starting in July. This was announced by President Vladimir Putin, as reported by Tass, quoted by in his meeting with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko in Sochi. Tactical nuclear weapons will be deployed at the end of the facility readiness process from July 7-8. Arms will remain under Moscow's control and command.

The Kiev counter-offensive has begun but Ukrainian forces have not yet managed to advance anywhere on the front and this is due to the Russian "courage of the soldiers" and "adequate organization of the Armed Forces" in Moscow. This was stated by President Vladimir Putin, quoted by Russian agencies. This was stated by the deputy president of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev. Commenting on the situation regarding the Ukrainian counter-offensive in a Telegram message, Medvedev noted that the recent actions of Kiev's army so far have not been unexpected for Russia, because Kiev "must justify the money and weapons received from the West".

According to the former Russian president, "a few reports from US intelligence, which has long been in command of the Security Service of Ukraine", are enough, and all Ukrainian leadership will be "immediately deleted". “Therefore, the Kiev regime has one way out - to go to the end, sending thousands of mobilized people to their deaths,” Medvedev said, adding that Russia in turn must “stop the enemy and then start the offensive ”. The goal of this new Russian offensive would be “not only to liberate our lands and protect our people, but (…) the complete deposition of the Nazi regime in Kiev”.

For Medvedev, Ukraine and Western countries want to "erase Russia from the face of the earth", so now "we must concentrate and give them an answer". However, the official noted that "the enemy should not be underestimated". “Our military has a significant advantage in aviation, armored forces and precision weapons. And, of course, moral superiority,” Medvedev concluded.
