AL QUDS-Tens of thousands of Muslim worshipers celebrated Friday prayers in al-Aqsa mosque in occupied Jerusalem. During the Friday sermon, the al-Aqsa preacher, Sheikh Ikrima Sabri, denounced the statements made by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, on the 75th anniversary of Israel's settlement in the land of Palestine.

Al-Aqsa preacher warned that all Muslims must face their responsibilities towards Palestine, Jerusalem and al-Aqsa Mosque. Sheikh Ikrima called on Israeli occupation authorities to release the bodies of all martyrs Palestinians, the last of which was Khader Adnan, who died a couple of days ago in Israeli prisons after 86 days on hunger strike.
