Hebrew sources say the Zionist regime's armed forces are on standby due to fears of escalating tensions in the occupied territories ahead of the holy month of Ramadan.
With the inauguration of the new Cabinet of Benjamin Netanyahu and the presence of Itamar Ben Gvir as Minister of Internal Security of the Zionist regime, tensions in the occupied territories have increased dramatically.
The Israeli TV channel "Kan" reports that the situation before the holy month of Ramadan, as always, is tense, but this year the level of tension will be different from previous years.
According to TK Kan, in the next two weeks, the Israeli army will increase its presence in the West Bank and send three more combat units to prevent Palestinian attacks and clashes with Palestinian armed groups, and police squads will also be strengthened in Quds.
Kan notes that the United States and the Zionist regime are concerned about tensions and conflict in the West Bank and occupied Quds and are trying to prevent any action that will lead to a new conflict in the region.
This was also pointed out by one of the Zionist officials: “The facts show that we are at the peak of tension before the onset of Ramadan. The army commanders believe that the changes must be brought about by the activities of the IDF (Israeli army) and the operations to eliminate the Shabak (public security service) and influential decisions of political circles.
The rights of the oppressed Palestinian people have been violated by the troops of the Zionist occupation regime for more than seventy years. During this period (the month of Ramadan) the regime committed the most brutal crimes against the Palestinians, who also carry out resistance operations in response to the crimes of the Zionists.
