War on Yemen: Yemen’s drone attacks brought Saudi Arabia to its knees

The war that the Saudi aggressors began against the oppressed people of Yemen is about to enter its seventh year. The Saudi-led coalition, which included more than seventeen countries, launched its barbaric campaign against Yemen by land, sea and air at a time when the Yemeni armed forces were not ready to counter the enemy’s onslaught.
The Saudi regime made over 266,510 airstrikes against the Yemeni civilians since 2014, of which only about 1,000 have been carried out since the beginning of the year. According to the United Nations officials, most of the attacks targeted villages, houses, cities, roads, mosques, killing and injuring tens of thousands of Yemenis, mostly women and children.
The Saudi war against Yemen, blessed by the United States and Israel, led to the catastrophic humanitarian crises, but the Yemeni resistance manifested exceptional bravery, courage and determination in the face of the Israeli-USA-Saudi axis of evil.
The Oil-rich Saudi Arabia has been witnessing humiliating defeats, one after another, in its futile military efforts in Yemen, a country that is known to be the most impoverished Arab nation. Today, the Saudi despotic regime has been trapped in a quagmire, from which it is almost impossible to get out.
The Yemeni dilemma has created a myriad of crises for Saudi Arabia. Today, the domestic and international pressures on Riyadh to end the war have increased sharply, which put the Saudi leaders in an extremely difficult position, forcing them to make spurious peace-loving gestures and a sudden rush to find a diplomatic solution.
Despite the sanctions and maritime embargo imposed on Yemen, the Yemeni nation and resistance were able to carry out 6,192 offensive operations against the Saudi enemy, 167 of which were accomplished during the past two months. One of the most salient initiatives of the Yemeni forces in this regard is the repeated drone and missile attacks which repeatedly targeted the Aramco oil installations in Saudi Arabia.
It can be said that the Yemeni resistance was successful to drag the war deep into the Saudi territories.
Saudi Arabia has not been able to counter these destructive attacks despite purchasing billions of dollars of military equipment from the Western countries and NATO members.
To escape the bitter realities of endless war in Yemen, the Saudis seek to use the hostilities as a cover for the widespread domestic problems, namely the growing economic crisis and the unprecedented rift in the Al-Saud royal family over the issue of succession.
The Saudi phoney gestures for a ceasefire was strongly rejected by the Yemeni resistance despite the support received from the United States, Saudi Arabia’s arch ally because the Saudi sham gestures give no significant concessions to the Yemenis and only tries to extricate Riyadh out of the Yemeni crisis.
The Yemenis are seeking to achieve inalienable rights, whereas the Saudi-concocted plan for peace seems quite disingenuous.
The cost of continuing the war is much higher for Saudi Arabia than for Yemen, and Riyadh seeks to change this situation, to no avail
