Alexander Shcherbitsky, chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties in Syria: militants from  Hayat Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group manufactured at least 15 improvised explosive devices replete with unknown toxic substances in a special laboratory located in the town of Sarmada in Idlib province. The terrorist group is planning  operations with the aim of blaming Syrian government forces for the use of chemical weapons against its own people.
