 Mirza Yunus known as Mīrzā Kūchak Khān

 - He was born in 1888 in the Iranian city of Rasht.

- He began to study religious sciences in Rasht and Tehran, but the internal circumstances of the country changed his life.

- He was a participant in the constitutional revolution in Iran and started fighting internal repression since 1910.

- In the same year, in a battle against the forces of Muhammad Ali Shah Qajar, he was wounded in the leg.

- In 1915, he established the Jungle Movement.

- In 1915, with the formation of the “Unity of Islam” Committee, which renamed later into the "Jungle Movement", he began battle against the British and Russian occupiers.

- By the end of 1917, he conquered a large part of Gilan and part of Mazandaran, Tarom, Astara, Talesh, Kojoor and Tonekabon.

- On June 6, 1920, he announced the establishment of the republic system in the city of Rasht.

- Finally, after enduring several defeats, in December 1921, he died in the snow and storm on the way to Khalkhal to To attract militant forces.
