The political part of the Oslo Accord deals with sharing of the Palestinian land between the Palestinian Liberation Organization and the Zionist regime. Based on that, the 1967 borders were designated as frontiers between the two sides and it had been decided that a Palestinian government run the Palestinian part and a Jewish state govern the other part.
- Depositing customs duties, taxes and charges of the Palestinian side to an account in Zionist regime banks before handing them over to Palestinians on a monthly basis.
- Calculation of charges and tax rates according to the Zionist regime economy (therefore the high tax rate of huge Zionist industrial complexes is applied to the Palestinians' weak agricultural-centered economy, making manufacturing in Palestine an uneconomical activity.
