On July 30, 1980 the Zionist regime's parliament passed basic law: Jerusalem, Capital of Israel. Under that law, both eastern and western parts of al-Quds "complete and united, is the capital of Israel" and headquarters of the regime's president, prime minister, Knesset (parliament) and supreme court.
