Sheikh Abd al-Rahman Taj states that, blocking the Egyptian army access to weapons, is equal to avoiding a religious obligation and the faithful would not remain silent about it. The statement was sent to the ambassadors of Russia, the United States, Britain, France and Czechoslovakia.
