Forgiveness after the conquest of Mecca In the conquest of Mecca, as the prophet of mercy entered the city, Infidels and polytheists who had not hesitated to insult the prophet and his companions were expecting punishment.
But the prophet pardoned all of them and said:
اليوم يوم المرحمة
