Part of the crimes of the French forces during the battle of Benzart in Tunisia in 1961:

- killing of defenseless civilians, including women and children, tying the hands of the prisoners with metal ties, and killing them at close range.

- Cutting dead bodies, such as cutting genitals, arms and legs.

Bury the wounded alive.

- Burning the bodies of the dead and targeting those fleeing the fighting with missiles in their cars.
