Gilding

Gilding is one of the most famous art disciplines in Iran, which has been used for many years to decorate buildings, books, works of art, and various dishes. The most prominent examples of gilding can be seen in manuscripts of religious books such as the Qur'an and prominent poetic divans of Iranian poets such as Hafez Divan.
