Islamic unity means an absence of disputes; not making all beliefs one

What is meant by Islamic unity is not making all Islamic beliefs and religions one. The field for debate between religions, Islamic beliefs, theological beliefs and opinions in jurisprudence is a field of science, a field of jurisprudential and theological debates. What is meant by the unity of the Islamic world is an absence of disputes, “…do not dispute, or you will lose heart.” [Qur’an, 8:46]
Imam Khamenei [Aug. 21, 2006]
