Kabudwal waterfall is located 5 km from Golestan province and the water of this river originates from the southern springs and is drinkable. There are many small and large waterfalls along the Kabudwal river, and under each waterfall there are interesting ponds that some young people in the region use for swimming and bathing. Abshar Kabudwal is the only mossy waterfall in Iran.
