The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei, has sent a message of condolence on the passing of the patient wife of Lieutenant General Sayyad Shirazi. The text of his message is as follows:
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

To the esteemed family of the honorable martyred commander, Lieutenant General Sayyad Shirazi (may God be pleased with him), I offer my condolences to all the bereaved family on the passing of this patient martyr’s wife who had suffered. I pray for Almighty God to bestow His mercy and forgiveness upon her.
