According to the press, in 2008,about 10,000 Israeli girls were raped, most of them by a family member. About one_fifth have been raped by more than one person. Haaretz, reported in 2009 that more than 30 percent of Israeli teenage girls had immoral experiences and committed cirrupt acts and that more than a third of high school seniors and half of boys had illicit sex.
