Desert Fox" Introduction to Destroying Iraq":

The US administration took advantage of Iraq’s refusal to return inspectors for weapons of mass destruction to promote the necessity of stripping Iraq of its military programs by force, thus the US invaded and occupied Iraq without permission of Security Council in the spring of 2003, using the same information it obtained in Operation Desert Fox.
