Some previous Zionist attempts to perform prayers inside al-Aqsa Mosque

- On 18/08/1969, 25 Zionist circulated around the Dome of the Rock Mosque, reciting the Psalms of David, and the Zionist song named "Betar"

- On 28/1/1976, a Zionist judge issued a resolution in which she allowed Jews to perform prayers in al-Aqsa Mosque.

- On 24/02/1982, the 'Israeli' police allowed a group of the Knesset Members to enter the al-Aqsa Mosque on the anniversary of the destruction of Solomon's Temple, to perform Jewish rituals, but the Muslim servants of the Mosque opposed this and prevented them from doing it.
