The existence and survival of the government is the biggest reason for efficiency

Some say that the government is inefficient. Why? Because some ministry has acted poorly. The biggest reason for the efficiency of this government is the very existence and stay of this government. The efficiency is when a government stands and talk straight while it knows all the hostilities not that we stay unaware of hostilities. The government and the people are aware of the hostilities but still stand form. This is a very crucial issue.
