Achieving economic independence
Economic independence, because it provided a suitable platform for the growth and transcendence of the human being and to put forward a transcendent Islamic ideals at the global level, was always the focus of Imam Khomeini, who said:
"The loyal and revolutionary people of our country are ready to be much more patient and self-sacrificing in order to gain real independence and self-sufficiency, and I am sure that the dear nation of Iran will not replace a moment of its independence with a thousand years of a blessed life, with dependency on foreigners”.
