Over the years, Jewish Rabbis have written various commentaries and interpretations on the Torah, all of which were collected by Rabbi khakham Yeshivas in 1500 AD, in addition to several other books, called Talmud which means the teachings and Jewish traditions, which is very sacred among Jews.
