The White Helmets
The White Helmets was established with 2979 volunteers in 2013. The group was founded by James Le Mesurier, a former employee of the UK military intelligence and a security expert, the UN high representative during the Bosnia war and served as Qatar's military adviser. The United States and the UK also contributed in the group's establishment in Turkey.
