Tehrani, SAVAK interrogator and torturer, confesses about the CIA's role in educating torturers:
"I, along with 13 other torturers and SAVAK agents, were trained by CIA agents on a mission to the United States. When we arrived in the United States, we were welcomed by several CIA agents at Dallas Airport and then went to a training camp in a forest near the sea and stayed there two weeks, learning theoretically and practically how to fight terrorists [fighters and revolutionaries]."
