Battle against Britain
After the end of the Second World War, the Haganah launched attacks against British forces in Palestine. For example liberated Jewish immigrants who were detained by British forces in "Atlit" camp, destroyed the railways with explosives, and organized sabotage attacks targeting radar sites and British police stations in Palestine. In addition, the Haganah continued organizing illegal Jewish immigration to Palestine, in order to accelerate the withdrawal of British troops from Palestine and the announcement of the establishment of the state of "Israel".
