Women in Ayatollah Khamenei Perspective

Ayatollah Khamenei has numerous statements regarding women's dignity, position and role for society within his speeches addressing various elements in the Islamic Republic for 40 years long. One of the statements about women is as follows:

"There is no different between male and female in terms of (human) rights. Their individual rights are the same. (Of course) there are privileges for women specifically as well as men have their specific privileges on its own. That's because of its natural inevitability for each gender, both male and female. This is Islam, (a religion) of clearest, most rational and most scientific rules regarding gender issue that can be comprehend by mankind
